UPDATE

SO FAR I HAVE LOST 50LBS. MY FIRST MINI GOAL WAS TO LOSE 50LBS BY MAY 17, 2008. I HIT MY GOAL 10 DAYS EARLY. I WAS REALLY EXCITED ABOUT HITTING THE 50LBS MARK. I AM 1/3 OF THE WAY TO MY TOTAL WEIGHT LOSE GOAL 155LBS. I FEEL LIKE A COMPLETELY DIFFEERENT PERSON NOW. MY PERSONALITY IS STILL THE SAME I JUST HAVE MORE ENERGY AND I JUST ALL AROUND FEEL BETER ABOUT MYSELF. I LOVE TO LLOK INTHE MIRROR AT MY NEW SELF. I KNOW I STILL HAVE A LONG WAYS TO GO BUT I JUST FEEL SO GOOD NOW. i HAVE SET A NEW MINI GOAL FOR MYSELF. I WANT TO LOSE 25LBS BY AUG.2, 2008. I GO TO MYRTLE BEACH THAT DAY. I KNOW I AM GOING TO HAVE TO WORK REALLY HARD TO GET THOSE 25LBS OFF BUT I AM GOING TO PUT MY MIND TO IT AND DO IT.
I GO TO THE DR. TOMMORROW FOR MY 3RD FILL. I HOPE THIS FILL GIVES ME MORE RESTRICTION THAN I HAVE RIGHT NOW. I HOPE IT HITS THE "SWEET SPOT" FOR ME.
