Well I am still officially on my Winter Break.  I have done exactly what I wanted to do (much of nothing).  I have been exercising though.  It is my hope to jump start my exercise regimen for the new year.  I have also seen the scale move as well.  That is exciting to me because I was starting to think that I wouldn't lose anymore and I had about 60 to 70 pounds more that I wanted to lose.  Although I am excited about the over 100 pounds that I have lost, I still would like to reach my goal.  Well, it is moving again and I am excited!!  Today, I plan to walk my 5 mile trek and then go to the gym to do the weight machines and the ellipitical.  I will try to do some more posting as this week.  Take care.............................

I have 2 full days left on my Winter Break.  I have done quite with my exercising and food intake.  I have officially lost 12 pounds in the last 2 weeks.  WOW!  I'm quite  proud of myself.  You can do anything with God first and strength and perserverance.  I will try to carry the same enthusiasm over into 2007.  I do plan to workout on Dec. 31 and then get some rest so that I may attend our Watch Night Service.  For all the newcomers, I would just say to you stay encourage and focus.  It will come off in due time.  I'm not where I want to be right now but I'll get there with the help of God.  I have many dreams and aspirations for the next couple of years (before the big 40) and I now truly believe that they are attainable.  If I can hold on and trust God, nothing is impossible.  Be bless and Happy New Years.  For the Word of God states, "He that has begun a good work in me shall perform it...".  I'm trusting and believing just that He will continue to perform and perfect me.  God Bless!

Well, its been a long time since I have been on this site.  I thought it may be time to revisit so that I can get back into the mode of being healthy.  I have gained atleast 20 pounds back from my lowest weight and I can't blame anyone else but myself.  So, I am coming back to this site for the support and information needed to get me through this hump and help me to lose those pounds gained and the last few that I desired to lose.

I will keep you posted...............................

Well, well, well.  It has been a very long time since I have made an entry on my journal.  Things have been busy for me.  I am seriously looking at completing the goal that I set for myself almost 4 years ago.  I need to lose the last 50-60 pounds but life is so demanding.  I have to make a commitment.  I will work on my exercise plan.  I definitely will have to work on my food intake.  I will also do better by making journal entry and staying on this site for resources and support.  Take care and talk to you soon.
