6 yrs out and back to basics

Well, I am almost 6 yrs out and back here again. Its been a couple of years since I almost lived on this site. Now I find myself in need of support to kick me in the ass and I am back here where it all started for me.
I have regained about 40 lbs of the 150 I originally lost. I want to make it go away again, and so have started back into a regimen of diet and excerise, hello movement, good bye carbs!
