This is the first office visit I have had since surgery and I am doing great. I get to start pureed food! I am excited that my weight has dropped and I am moving forward. I will not get my first fill until March 6th so will not get any restriction until then. 

The soreness I felt is going away and I am hardly feeling anything in the port area anymore.

Well a week has past since my surgeries and I think things are progressing along as they should be. 

Since I had my gallbladder out 3 weeks ago, and then had to have a large hiatal hernia repaired when I had the lap band placed, my body will require a little more recoop time. But I am all in all pleasantly suprised how smoothly it is going.

I am still on liquids but am adding more protien, and creamed soups trying to tame my hunger!  My stomach is letting me know it would like some food!

It is starting to get easier to get in and out of bed.  That may seem strange but for me has been a struggle.

I will not have my first follow up with Dr. Selim until January 10th.
