Feeling Really Crazy Inside

Today is Easter Sunday and I am feeling really crazy inside thinking about my date hich is 5/1/09. I'm weighing in today at 309 ilbs. I guess I have so many question in my head..... How am I gonna feel the day of.. what am I going be feeling afterwards...... what to really eat and not to eat and what will best help me. So if any one can help me please help me settle down.
