Laura, Just wanted you to know that I have been thinking about you and how you must be feeling today. Well girl, it's almost here! Just think, the losers bench! Hi, I just wanted to say hello! Congratulations on your upcoming surgery and for changing your life. Make sure that you follow all those great directions from Barix and work your surgery to the best of your ability. I'm celebrating my one year surgiversary tomorrow and it really has changed my life. I have gone from my highest of 288 lbs (I'm 5 foot 3), to 256 the day of surgery, to my current weight of 139 lbs.
