Goofed up

Today's weigh in was not good.  It was 274.2.  That is 15.8 pounds lost since largest weight.

My Surgical Team, decided that it would be best for me to wait a year before I reapply for my surgery.  I am bummed, but that just gives me more time to lose as much as I can.

Doing WW on my own right now.   I could not afford to go to the meetings.  I am on a fixed income.

I am working hard on getting my Compulsive Overeating under control.  This is the thing that caused them to make their decision.

Thats Life.
