Well, this will be the first entry on my blog. I have been overweight for the majority of my adult life. My physical activities are becoming more and more restrictive. I do not know when I reached the point of ignoring my physical health and the condition that my overeating and lack of excercise has placed me in. I have a surgery date of July 12th. Since I have never had surgery I am very amprehensive. I am scared to go thru this and more scared not to. Well for today I will move forward trying to prepare for where this journey will take me.
