Hello! My name is Ginel. I was approved to have the surgery with Kaiser Permante. Then my husband company was bought out and then the medical changed. Not that long after the change he was laid off. Since then he has found a job and we now have Cigna Healthcare of California POS Open Access. So I am not really sure how to go about getting accepted with Cinga.
