It is 3 months now,  70 pounds down depending on the scale I step on.  Many of my clothes do not fit.  Very tired lately, just don't have much energy.  My drinking and protien intake is down so that has to be a big part of it. 
Otherwise doing fine.

I am doing well.  Been a month since surgery, lost 41 pounds.  Still on soft food.  Just making my 64 oz of fluids, and working on getting the protien up more.  

My fundiplication had fallen and Dr Smith was only able to save part of it.  I forgot how bad my reflux was till now.  And I vomited for the first time in over 5 years post op.  The fundiplication is where they wrap your esophagus around the top part of the stomach to prevent any reflux from occurring. 

Had constipation for 3 weeks and it finally got cleared out.  Have a dime size hole where an incision opened up,  it is healing well.  Had to have an IV infusion when I got dehydrated.

Everyone was right about wondering what did I do to myself that first couple weeks.  But things got better each day.   

Once my incision hole heals, I have a indoor pool that I can swim in whenever I want locally.   Walking has been difficult as my back has been causing allot of problems to the point my legs burn and go numb when walking.  Hopefully it will get better as I lose weight and get it used to walking more. 

Very glad I did this now.

Pulmonary done- approved for surgery.   Have endoscope on the 16th to finish..   I am scheduled for surgery on December 13th if the Endo comes back okay.  Will be at Kennesaw Hospital in Kennesaw GA (Atlanta) the week before for more hospital required testing, seeing a couple of more doctors,  information session- then the surgery on the 13th of December.   Will be home for Christmas.

I have Pulmonary setup for the 13th of Feburary.  Will got down the night before,  then drive home after the appointment on Monday.  Still no word on endoscope appt as the lady who schedules them was off on Friday.  

It seems like it is getting closer as the days tick by. 

Got the Pysch Exam,  Upper GI,  Ultrasound of Gallbladder,  Chest X-ray,  EKG,  Labs to many to count all done.  I am still waiting on the endoscope and pulmonary clearences.
