"My 1st impression is that he was very reserved and almost not caring - I quickly realized that was not the case AT ALL. He is very concerned and caring, I think he wanted to impress on my the seriousness of the procedure and ther commitment required by me to changing my lifestyle post-procedure. He did a fantastic job of explaining the procedure - the risks - the benefits and the aftercare commitment required. Overall on the frontside of the surgery I'd rate him as outstanding. On the backside I have to say that he is incredible, VERY caring and VERY thorough. He walked me through everything he did when I went back in with an infection. He is just outstanding in every area, after I came home he called to talk abotu how I was doing that week and we talked for about 15 minutes. He has talked to my work place and helped me with several issues there as well. IMHO he has gone above and beyond the call of his profession to make sure that I have been taken care of very well."
