Ok so it is my two year Bandiversary and I have to say that I have not been as committed as I said I would be!I made promises to myself that I would workout at least $ times a week and eat all of my protein like recommended by my Dr. but sadly I did not. I went away for a leadership conference this past weekend and vowed that I would began my journey @ the gym that I recently joined last week. To my surprise, I received a message from Obesity Help congradulating me on my Bandiversary and guess what I didn't even remember that it was today. I have already made arrangements to hit the gym and really begin this NEW journey in my LIFE TODAY!
Has anyone else found thinselves in the same situation? Let me know about your struggles!
