"Ginny is very helpful, I met with her before my surgery, she came to see me in the hospital to see how I was doing and if I had any questions, and she followed up with a phone call to my home a week later. She has told me to call her, make an appointment to see her or email her any time I have questions or concerns. I feel like she is there for me. She is very helpful and sweet."

"Rob Findley is Dr. Goolsby's Physcians assistant. I went to Rob on a refferal from my physcologist Dr. Schaeffer, so that I could have my medication for Depression managed by a professional in the mental health field. Rob was a good listener without having to go into details about things of the past. He got me back on the right track in no time and did everything he could to help me in my quest to get this surgery approved. He kept me well and stable through the entire process and offered excellent advice on how to handle things. As a doctor he is awesome, as a person even more awesome. He is caring and real and I have the utmost respect for him. I would recomend him to anyone."

"March 9th 2004, Today was the first time I really met Dr. Proctor. I thought he was so caring and kind and I knew right away that he really cares about his patients and wants them to succeed and do well so they can live healthy productive lives. His office staff is very nice and very helpful. The thing that impressed me most about Dr. Proctor was his willingness to listen and answer all my questions, and the fact that he took the time to read my profile on here and tell me what steps he was going to take to make sure that future WLS patients can avoid some of the problems I encountered. I was really thrilled that he is always open to making his practice better and the approval process easier for people with serious health issues. Patients should know that Dr. Proctor is the kind of doctor who will always do whatever is necessary to take care of you and have the best possible outcome. I have never felt more at ease about a surgery in my life. I believe he cares about all of us. That is rare in the medical profession or at least that has been my experience. After care is very important, not only physical health but emotional support groups are available. They have a wonderful aftercare program. Dr. Proctor makes sure he goes over all the risks of surgery with you and explains everything in detail. On a scale of one to ten I would say Dr. Proctor is definately a 10. His surgical competence and bedside manner are both excellent. He earned my respect and trust in one visit and I am well pleased to have him as my doctor."

Wayne Hulon
"First of all I don't think Mr. Hullon is a licensed Physcologist. Second of all he was terrible about jumping to conclusions without even knowing a persons past. Mr. Hullons biggest mistake with me was to think that just because I am overweight, that I am an idiot. I saw right through him, and I felt as if he took advantage of people financially for his own personal gain just because he had the power to say yeah or nay on the physciatric end of things. I also felt that he treated me differently because I chose to buck his system and see physciatric professionals who where in my insurance network and didn't agree to pay money I didn't have to "His Guy" who by the way did not accept insurance, and did not give a diagnosis. I know several other people in the same program as I had a different experience, but they did everything Wayne told them to so of course their experience was different. I don't believe this man has the best interest of obese patients at heart, I think he has the best interest of his wallet in mind and that is it."

"Dr. Schaeffer is the most awesome person I have ever met in the medical profession. Nobody cares like she does, explains things and is willing to go above the call of duty when your having a crisis in your life. She has been such a help in my journey to becoming a whole person and I have been on this journey for 3 years now before I even considered WLS. I would recommend her to anyone. She Rocks!"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Manus for years now. He was very supportive of me having the gastric bypass surgery and was tickled to death for me saying it would be the best thing I ever did for myself health wise. One of his staff members had already had the surgery done by the same surgeon who is going to do my surgery and she was so helpful in answering my questions and helping me get the paperwork and test done that are required by my insurance company.
