I am 4 yr 5 months post op. I'VE been on hormone shots for 3 months now and gained 26 pounds. I need the hormones and need to loose the weight too. Frustrated.

Pouch Test - Does anyone have the guidelines for the 5 day pouch test. I have gained 13 pound and its not expectable. I've on lots of steroids in the last year and it's kicking by butt.
