Almost there! Revision!

I attended the 4 hour bariatric class last night!  Now with in the next 2-3 weeks I should be scheduled for my revision.  All that is needed now is the lab work!  I am excited and nervous all at the same time.  I think even more so than when I had the RNY in 2003.  The surgeon says this recovery time shouldn't be any where near as tough.  He is going to do to the revision laproscopic as opposed to open, if at all possible . Sacr tissue may prevent that.  The nurse last night told me I can expect to stay at least one day longer in the hospital than the first time.  Kind of makes me antsy, I was in 4 days then.  More likely to be leaks this go round.  Please keep me in your prayers!  Any information you can send my way will be greatly appreciated.    Thanks! - Gerri
