Made it halfway to my goal weight today. I am very excited!

I have had two time so far that I stopped for a week. I know that is not that bad but it does drive me a little crazy. I am beginning to notice but why does it feel like losing 40 lbs at this weight is like a skinny person losing 4lbs. Nobody really seems to notice. I don't see much in my pictures yet but I so glad someone told me to take my measurements because I can't believe that i have lost 3 inches in my waist so far.

I find myself weighing myself a couple times a day and if I didn't work I am sure that it would be more. Now my daughter is begining to worry about her weight. I gave her pep talk last night but I worry about her having a body self image issue. Her body is perfect- the lucky did not get her mother genes when it comes to weight. I might have to have my friend take the scale a away because I don't know if I can stop. It is so addicting!

I wasnt able to donate blood today because my hemocrit was one point under. I wondering if this is going to be an on going problem.

I am back to work now and I am trying to figure out how to eat. I used to barely eat through out the day and then get home and have a big meal. I am so tried today too. I did not get much sleep last night.

I working on trying to release it to God and then leave it in his hands. Including our finances.

I haven't had a period in two years and now since I have had surgery I have had 2 plus spotting. The doc says this is normal but it freaks me out. Wondering if i need to go visit the feminine hygiene area.

I have a head cold and I kind worry that my sore throat will bother my ability to eat.

I was feeling so good and now it like the energy has been sucked out of me and my knees and joints are killing me. I think I am feeling a little bit down today.

It has been 12 days since surgery but now I am going a little stir crazy. I want crunchy food.
