Today Marks 4 weeks exactly

I have not even weighed myself..there is no need to, I know I have not lost any more weight, in fact I have probably gained.  I can eat anything and everything.... I am trying to eat sensibly until my 1st fill, which will be next week.  I can't wait!  I can't wait for my "tool" to finally be something I can use to help me stay on a healthy path.  Trying to stay positive!!
