I just have no idea where to begin. I have let myself go and now it feels like it is too late. I'm scared of doctors and scared of the worst.
I don't know how much I weigh.... 5-600? That just seems like it is a number that will never look halfway decent.
Joining this site is a major effort. I never even wanted to open the link. Scared of facing it all. Well... now I have to.
