I am new at this posting messages and keeping track of weight and finding friends online, so please bare with me.  I started my journey on 6/16/14.  I had the vertical sleeve gastrectomy done.  I would like to share my experience with anyone who is going through this with about the same timeline so we can compare notes.  Because let me tell you it has not been easy for me.  Thanks for reading...
