My First Post!!!

For my 1st post I would like to give the reason why I am taking this step in my life.  The first and only reason to be a healthier person for myself and my wonderful family.  This surgery would not be possible if it were not for my family since my insurance company is not covering one penny of it.  I truly have to admit that my family is giving me a second chance at life.  The support I have been receiving has been overwhelming and I truly appreciate all of it.  

I am getting pretty nervous I have to admit.  I'm doing very well on my pre-op diet which is basically a diet which consist of only taking in 30g of carbs a day.  My surgery is Monday March 29th at 900am.
