"My surgeon has been an absolute wonderful person and supporter of my walk to losing weight! He is always supportive, kind, understanding, and funny at time too! I really love this man. His reputation preceded my choosing him, and I was so happy inside to find that he is a human being that anyone can talk to about concerns they may have and not feel as if they are being just another patient cut out of the same mold. He listens!! And more importantly, Dr. Rumsey hears what you are saying. Thank God for men of his caliber, caring, and professionalism in this Bariatric field. We need more surgeons whose heads aren't in the clouds, and that CAN RELATE to patients like us. He even poses for pictures with me on visits as I lose weight, and gives me a great hug for my efforts! I love this man."
"The nursing staff for the most part was wonderful. There were just a couple who weren't as understanding or tender as the most of them. Facility was well equipped for obese patients, and they even offered an exercise class for Bariatric patients which was very helpful and very low impact, but got you moving various limbs which I found great."
