Well my story is like most. I have been up and down the roller coaster for most of my life.
I did Phentermine for almost 3 years and just got addicted to them and the weight came back on.
I did exercise when I lived in Hawaii, since I have moved to KS not so much.
I am going to start back up as I can't reach the top of my stairs without running out of breath!! I want to make love to my hubby without it feeling like a chore!!
I want to teach my Grand kids how to ride a bike, go hiking with them!! Most of all I want to be around to see my Great Grand Children!
