 Finished my first 5k run. Finished right in the middle of the pack-- I wasn't last!  So grateful for my new life and the strength I have discovered. 

 I dumped on a Quest protein bar. But I'm not complaining because I'd rather be one of the people who dump than one of the people who can eat anything.
