 HI WELL I AM OUT 11 MONTHS AND LOST A TOTAL OF 167 AS OF TODAY. GOT 39 MORE TO GO . DOCTOR SAID I WOONT GO UNDER 225 WHICH IS KIND OF DISAPPONTED BUT BECAUSE OF MY STRUCTURE DR. HUSE DOESNT WANT ME TO GO UNDER 225. AND IM LOOKING FORWARD GETTIN MY ARM FLAB CUT OFF.DR IS GOING TO FIGHT INSURANCE FOR ME.

 Hit my first 100lb lost yesterday. weeeeeeeeeeeeeee

 Im down 84 lbs weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

 weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee 5 more lbs  75 lost

 down another 4lbs weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. wtg kathy down to 334 now

 down another lbs  really been exercising more each day got walking in 4 x a week a church gym 1/2 mile and also 2 x on tread mill 10 minutes. 

 yep 3 months and im down 65 lbs today.... feeling good and walking 1/2 mile a day and another 10 to 20 minutes on the thread mill..yahoooooooooooooooooooooo

 LOST ANOTHER 3 LBS. 57LBS DOWN AND COUNTING

 WEEEEEEEEEEEEE DOWN 54 LBS.

 down 3 more lbs a lose of 46 now. 2 months 2 days.
