I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all. (unknown author) FROM MY HEART TO YOU~*~Hugs~*~

Its alittle over 4 months now, I have lost 85# and still doing ok. I am finding that i cannot tolerate as much food as I could a month ago, hope that is a good thing. Also the finicky responses to food are getting better, still cant eat anything with refined sugar in it, nor can I tolerate bread. Will continue to persevere. God bless all.

Way to go GREG! Sounds like your doing wonderfully. The mush stage hopefully won't last too much longer. Don't spend too much on those clothes cause they'll be too big in another week or so. Congrats. ~L~

one week post op and surviving. the first week was tough but every day is getting better and better. i spent 4 days in the hospital and was glad to come home. when they say you recover better at home believe it. the hospital staff was great but the accommodations like the bed were awfull. did not get my first good night of sleep until i had been home for 2 days (6 days post op). i am doing ok, the worst part of the recovery is my desire to eat is still here, cravings have been pretty bad but every day that goes by i feel better mentally and physically and emotionally. i am still struggling with getting my protein in i am still working on it. the worst pain i have had since at home has been due to sneezing and coughing. at the hospital there were many unpleasant things that i will mention next time but overall it was an ok. thanks for all the prayers and support. will update again in couple of days. greg
