l am struggling with what to eat. What should I keep in the house as my "staples"? what do you keep for your "staples"? And what kind of protein do you prefer. I bought a protein from GNC today and im not sure im gonna like it :( we'll see......

I feel like I am living in a fat suit and I want OUT!!!!!
