My name is Gwenda F, I weighed at my highest 310lbs, I am now 288lbs. I am having surgery Monday October 3, 2006. I have been heavy all my life, but within in the last 3 years, I have developed diabetes and high cholesterol. I have a husband of almost 16 years, I have a 14 year old daughter and a 2 1/2 year old son. I am afraid if I don't do something drastic, I am not gonna get to see my son grow up or get to see my daughter get married. Most of all I want to feel healthy again.
