I had RNY -
I had rny a week ago today, AND I didnt lose even one pound· Is that normal? I almost cried at my PCP office. Please I wanna know Im doing something wrong.

My surgery is january 30 -
My january is january 30th and I dont know what to expect. I am a little scare and I dont feel prepare at all!! I need some tips!
