Grievance in the Mail

Since my last post, I saw the psychologist who was under the impression that I had not done all 8 of the depression management classes in the series. NOT. She had notes in my file from the surgeon that I wanted the DS and I told her I was filing a grievance to go out-of-plan. I asked her specifically if she and I were good, i.e. finished, and she said we were, all I need to do if I want Kaiser's surgery is to lose the remainder of my 10% weight and attend a Lifestyle/Nutrition session, which I have scheduled for 2/18.
But...I saw Dr. Rabkin out-of-pocket on 1/14 and am proceeding with my grievance to get the DS. It has taken me three weeks but I finally produced an acceptable attachment for that grievance form (thanks to Diana & Larra). I sent it out today, certified mail, and now I get to wait.
