End Year review

Today is December 30th, the year is coming to an end, it has been quite a journey this year. I had gastric bypass on March 21st, I weighed 283 lbs. when I started and as of today I weigh 188 lbs. I am 5 lbs away from the 100 lb. mark. Its been a great journey, it certainly has had a few curves and big bumps along the way, but overall, I have learned many new things about myself, me limits and some things I can tolerate for food that I wish I couldnt. I will try and keep a better journal in the following year, and another resolution is to keep track of my food better in my fit day. Take care and I will write again soon.
