Weighed in today and got my B-12 shot. Was down 6 lbs for month 9 (making a grand total of 138) .... the weight is definitely slowing down a bit ..... but I am so thankful that thus far I haven't had a stall. I realize that the further out I get, the slower the weight would come off .... but I'm trying to keep positive, and I am SO GRATEFUL to have had the opportunity to regain my health. We sometimes get impatient, get in too big a hurry ..... and want to be at goal YESTERDAY, lol ... ! I look at this as a CHALLENGE, and I am now very conscious that it will be a lifetime challenge but I know I CAN DO IT AND WILL! I refuse to allow OBESITY to HANDICAP me again!
