In my last post I had talked about my dr putting me on 1500 calorie diet & in 30 days I lost 4lbs. He was all happy & I tried telling him it was all water, so I continue on with 1500 cal diet, went back 2wks after the 4lb loss & I gained 6lb in 2wks. S
