Just about 5 months post-op. I've been bouncing around my goal weight for a month. I've put on significant muscle mass as well as I have been going to the gym 5 days a week and seeing a personal trainer 2 of those days.

Major craving pickles right now. 2 and a half weeks post OP. A small bite of dill relish won't kill me will it? How well do they digest?

Had my one week followup and had the staples removed. Doc said I looked excellent and the nutritionist said I can move on to stage 2 diet. I came right home and scrambled an egg. OMG it's delicious. I missed having to chew food, lol.

Had my surgery yesterday. I was discharged at 1 today. I was feeling great when I left. Fever went up since getting home. But only 99.8 so not a concern yet. I'm struggling with the prosource. It has entirely way to much flavoring. I'm diluting it 1:1
