Hello ~ Again it has been awhile since I have last updated. On Sept 28th it will be 7 months since my Lap RNY. I'm down a whoppin' 92 pounds. I'm 18 pounds from my goal of 142. Some things for me have changed and some hav not. I still don't feel thin enough even though I'm wearing a size 6, 7-8. I'm dealing with hunger really badly right now. I back to the point where a few bites will fill me up, but that in my mind is just a taste and I want to eat more. I'm trying to eat 5-6 small meals a day. I don't exercise, because between my 3 kids and work I run my butt off. Just since I've been back working I've lost 2 size in a month. I have some people tell me that I need to stop loosing weight or I will blow away ! I laugh at that one.! ROFLMAO! Me blow away HA! That is a good one. I've seen a lot of talk about platues latley, what worked for me was to eat more. When I would eat more than I would start loosing. I hope that everyone is safe today and that all pre-op's get there dates soon. God bless our country.

Hi Everyone ! It has been awhile since I have posted an update here. Sorry. I've been in the lurking mode. Well it has been almost 4 months and I'm down 71 pounds. I started out at 252, 5'6. Now I'm 181 lbs!. I feel wonderful! It was a little tough the first couple of weeks, but I just had to adjust. I'm eating anything with in reason and moderation. I just want to say thank you for this great site! I read it 3 or 4 times a day. Congrats to all of the new post-ops! heather

Hi All I'm BBAACCKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to thank all of my angels ! I came home a day latter... needed to get in more fluids :( . I did it ! Not to much pain just sore Like I did a bazillion sit ups ! lol ! I just got home so I'll be updatinf my profile later on ... That long drive really wore me out. Thank you

ANGEL ALERT!!!!!!!!!! Hi I just spoke with Heather and she is doing great. She even got to take a shower today! I am soooooooooo happy for her--she did it! Now we can go shopping for our "new life" foods! I cant wait until she gets home so we can chat! Way to go Heather!!!!!!!

Well... I am happy to hear you're up and doing well. I was thinking about you all day! I tried to call the hospital but they do not allow phone calls on the first day. That is good so you can get some rest. WOW! Heather you really did it!!!!!! I can not wait to join you. Look out world , here comes HEATHER! You go girl!!!!

Hi, Just spoke with Jose. She is just out of surgery and in the recovery room. Dr. Felix said everything went well. No complications. It will be awhile before Jose can see her. I am so glad she is on the other side now! Her morphine pump will be her new best friend for awhile-:)
