Hello ~
Again it has been awhile since I have last updated. On Sept 28th it will be 7 months since my Lap RNY. I'm down a whoppin' 92 pounds. I'm 18 pounds from my goal of 142. Some things for me have changed and some hav not. I still don't feel thin enough even though I'm wearing a size 6, 7-8. I'm dealing with hunger really badly right now. I back to the point where a few bites will fill me up, but that in my mind is just a taste and I want to eat more. I'm trying to eat 5-6 small meals a day. I don't exercise, because between my 3 kids and work I run my butt off. Just since I've been back working I've lost 2 size in a month. I have some people tell me that I need to stop loosing weight or I will blow away ! I laugh at that one.! ROFLMAO! Me blow away HA! That is a good one.
I've seen a lot of talk about platues latley, what worked for me was to eat more. When I would eat more than I would start loosing. I hope that everyone is safe today and that all pre-op's get there dates soon. God bless our country.
