22 years later dealing with regain 55lbs ugh!

I am 66 now . Gastric bypass 22 years ago. regained about 55 lbs tried every diet known to man. 2lbs here and there but very difficilt.  Aree the new injectables ie mounjaro, ozempic etc safe for us? I am not diabetic and worry about hypoglycemia.  Also any other things that have worked for long timers
