Ive added a couple of pictures but will go back and do some  before and after stuff later today. It's amazing when I look at the before pictures that I have come so far, but am still not happy. I continue to see the larger me. The fear of going back to that will motivate me to continue on and finish the work that I started.

OK.. I'm back.. and for a reason. This surgery is not the end all answer to weight loss. You have to keep working at it. I will come back and post some pictures. Hope to get support from others who are 3 years out.
