Hello all,
My name is Helen I am 49 years old, and currently live in Dayton Ohio. I am originally from England and came to the US in 1979 and then grew up in South Carolina.
I have struggled with my weight since I was 9 years old. I have yo-yo dieted since I was 12 years old and I don't think there is a diet plan out there that I haven't tried. I am currently in the process of getting approved for weight loss surgery. I have a checklist from my insurance company of things that have to be accomplished before they will decide whether or not to approve me. I am asking you all for some advise on how to get all of these things done and how long does it take for approval and also, were any of you denied and had to appeal?
