"When I first met her she had me instantly at ease. She talked to me at the same level I talked with her. No using terms over my head (I have a bit of medical knowledge and did a lot of research). I absolutely love my Sleeve and my Surgeon!!!
She listened when I had something to day and steers me in the right direction when I need it. Sat with me 2x pre-op talking over risks and expectations.
Office staff was instrumental in paperwork submission to insurance. Approval from Cigna in a week. (Thanks Lisa Katsantones.) The Nurse Rachel Honey was very helpful and prompt returning calls/emails.
