ok so I am so bad at blogging! but here I am .... I have survived my first post surgery illness.  I caught a head cold that went quickly into walking pnuemonia.  I have learned after WLS you don't absorb Nyquil type things as well.  So what would have worked before the surgery DOESNT.  Finally convinced the military doc to give me an injection and I am recovering very well.  I am down to 249... which is shocking to me.... My trainer says my true fat loss is down to 229 but my muscle gain in 20 lbs... I am not sure what all of that means but I think he is just trying to make me feel better.  So girls you want the true judge of what size I am ..... I am wearing right now a size 18/20 pant.... That is what I wore when I graduated High School in 1995.  I cried in the dressing room at walmart thinking about how long I have wanted to be here! For so many years I hid the true size I wore and now I want to paint it on my chest! It took a lot to get here! But I did it!

I am proud to annoucnce I have lost 27lbs..... I don't even know how this is possible but the scale at home I believe.  The morning of the surgery I weighed 297 and this morning I way 270.  I am in shock.  I am eating right and drinking gallons of water.  I am more tired than I thought I would be but helll... look at what my body is doing!
