 Had my post-op apt  yesterday i weighed in at 254.1!! At my pre-op i was 278 so, not to bad. Dr. Ringley took out my GI tube, i am so glad to have that out. Everything is healing fine. Still on mainly liquids hopefully that will change in the next few weeks. I have been drinking the Isopure drinks that have 40 grams of protein in them, i like those. It was a long day for me, over and hour drive to Saginaw 2 Dr.'s apt.'s then back home and then had my sons x-mas band concert. so needless to say i am putting off starting back on the treadmill today.....lol I promise i will start back on it tomorrow. Next Apt is Jan 7th im hoping to be another 20 lbs lighter. 

 Had a little complication during surgery, my intestines were a little short and the Dr had a hard time attaching to the new pouch so, he had to open me up to finish. Not bad though just took a little longer to heal and feel better. Im doing pretty good for now. Doing everything i can to get fluids in and nutrition.  Dr. took out my JP tube on wednesday glad to have that out and on This thursday when i go for my post-op and weigh in he will take out my GI tube. My family is already seeing some weight loss in my face and i am glad to finally be on the path. CAnt wait till this summer.
