"Very great doctor and surgeon! Very helpful from beginning (pre-op) and still now. Tried years ago but denied (insurance reasons) and 3 years later I returned back to Dr. Regan because of his wonderful services and staff and was approved. I will always choose Dr. Regan and his staff first!"
