I had my lap band done surgery done, 12/23/09 and I am doing great I went to the dr and I am 18.5 lbs down alseady I can't believe it.  I am physically feeling good, but just now starting to get hungry I am hoping that when I begin the soft foods that will help some.  I can say this is a emotional roller coaster but I am determined to do this and I am overwhelmed with the results so far.  I have my first fill scheduled for 2/10/10 which seems so far away, but I am sure the time will pass quickly. I welcome any suggestions or comments from all of you lap band veterans.
