The bowel prep from hell

     I just finished my bowel prep, what can I say besides nasty, gross, pure hell trying to get it down!!!! I never ever want to come in contact with that ever again.. lol  I had to pinch my nose and hum a song while bouncing up and down just to keep it down. I pray the surgeon can do both my hernia and the sleeve at the same time, because I don't think I can survive the prep again. I feel so sick to my tummy  Other than that the not eating has really given me mood swings. I know this to shall pass, it's just one step towards a better me.
