Hernia Surgery 03/11/09

I went to the dr and he comfirmed that I do have 2 or more hernia's. This sucks! I am nervous. The doctor told me he said "I'm not gonna lie it's a painful surgery." I don't remember him saying that when I was scheduling the RNY...that made me alittle nervous...lol. I'm thinking it can't be anymore painful than the open rny....Can it? I also really can't afford to be out of work right now. I was hoping to come back after a wk and a half but that's not gonna happen. My boss said they won't let me come back til I get a release from my doctor. So I am hoping to be a fast healer..lol
