"Initial Consult: I was impressed. During the initial group setting, both surgeons were there and spoke plus the dietician, office manager, surgery coordinator, etc. I had a chance to meet Dr. Boyce then. The next day I had my first consultation. He was very polite and soft-spoken. He also spoke highly of his staff and that impressed me. I did my resting metabolism, BMI, etc. I'm so thrilled. The only negative side was that his staff was running late and I had to wait. Really absolutely no problem. Everyone was really friendly and caring. I also noticed that he had a mix of workers - some older, some younger, some heavy and some with average weight. It made me feel good that he was probably interested in hiring the person that best suited his office (and maybe provided better customer service). "
