My three month update

Dec 29, 2010

Hello Ladies,

Well its been three months now and I do have some good days and a few bad days but I keep mindful of what I have to do.
So far I lost about thirty pounds but the inches are melting away all over. I went from a size 22/24 to a 18/20 and now that's
getting loose. I am still adjusting as far as my eyes is still bigger than my new stomach but two bites and I am full. My exercise is a hard task especially in the wintertime.

It is day to day process to adjust

Oct 11, 2010

Hi Ladies,

Well today I have my post op appt with Dr. Lidor- my surgeon. So far I am having a rough time trying to take all of my
daily calcium dosage. Sometime I get in one or two dosages in and forget about if you wake up late on the weekends.
Your day will be off. I ordered three cookbooks to start planning my meals so that when I go back to work I will be prepare
better.

IT'S A FINE LINE TO ADJUST

Sep 29, 2010

Day 4 on the full liquid diet and so far so good. I am still waking up as if I was going to work so around 7 or 7:30 I am having my coffee w/my protein in it and taking my meds and vitamins....can not take the chewables ones so I ordered some liquid multivitamins.

I have 3 days to go before I can change to purree so if anyone had any ideas on what I can have other than chicken or beef broth or yogurt or cottage cheese I will really appreciate it.

The day before

Well I am home today...the day before the surgery and I had already started at 8 this morning on my pre-op diet regimen. It is not too bad. I am getting excited and nervous at the same time.
