The Journey Has Begun

My before picture was not my "wtf" moment, but it definitely made me realize that moving forward with surgery was the best choice for my health.  I admit I was mortified.  I'm 1 week post surgery tomorrow and am looking forward to "full liquids" for the next two weeks.  I went into surgery on 2/15 at 275# thanks to the fun pre-diet work, so I'm anxious to talk about setting realistic goals with my surgeon for the next few weeks.  Glad to be part of a community.  I can and I will get healthy.  For me.
