Nervous about upcoming surgery

I had been kicking around the idea of having this surgery for about 2 1/2 years now, but I guess I wasn't ready until now.
I have been reading every ones posts that have used Dr. Mario Almanza Reyes and was wondering if you ever had any problems reaching the Weight loss Clinic and/or the patient coordinator? I have been trying to get a hold of her for 2 days now and can't get anyone to pick up the phone or answer emails. Any help would be great.
