My life changing day begins March 1st with gastric Bypass RNY!!! Scared you know it Excited yep that to. I am 52 yrs old and I was skin and bones thru high school Even took weight on to gain weight What was I thinking lol ...... Now at 221lbs and 5'1' I'm what you consider obese First I love my Lord Jesus and I know He is watching over me but yeah still scared but excited I have had open heart surgery at age 23 for a hole in the right atrium., tonsilectomy, hysterectomy, cholesytectomy with appendectomy, Breast reduction, Cyst removed from ovary twice befor total hysterectomy, vag-rectal fistula repair from ripping at child birth, Rectal repair from ripping at child birth boy did my sweet little blond headed beautiful 6lb 9oz girl do some damage! Then I have sleep apnea, diabetes, high blood pressure, deppression, anxiety, neuropathy, fibromyalgia, arthritis, carpal tunnel, my right hip is already colapsed 
and last but certainly not least obesity... I know that dirty word huh????? I'm hoping to get to 135lbs at least I have lost 20 lbs on the before surgey diet So actually I started at 241lbs I'm hoping to make some friends here , learn some things and track my progress. Remember I'm not young anymore
