34 Weeks Post Op...

Well, I'm back...  Iam down to between 191 and 196...  My appetite has picked up but I found that I can go without eating for quite a while...  I guess I need to cut back on the eating.  
These holidays will definately take their toll on you.  Hopefully I can drop about 5 - 8 more pounds and I'll be right where I want.  A real NSV hit me during Thansgiving.  I actually fit into a size 34 waist pants.  They were a bit tight but I could button them!!!  My size 36 is kind of loose now... 5 - 8 pounds and I'll be into the 34s...  Niiice...  The last time I wore those was shortly after high school....
